Yes. Whether you are at home, at work, or live outside Brisbane, secure online appointments make it easier to access support without the time and stress of travelling. Many of the people I work with carry significant professional and personal responsibilities - so flexibility matters. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard and supported - wherever you are joining from.

Yes. I offer in-person appointments in Brisbane. My office is centrally located in Windsor. I also offer secure telehealth sessions across Australia. Whether you prefer to meet in person or from the privacy of your own space, my aim is to make accessing support as comfortable and practical as possible.

Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, private health insurance benefits, or funding through WorkCover, Comcare or your employer.
Private Health Rebate:
Please speak with your private health fund directly to determine your eligibility.
Please note that you cannot claim both Medicare and Private Health rebates for the same session.
If you are unsure what you are eligible for, we are happy to discuss your fee support options before your first appointment.

The full consultation fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that rebates are not applicable to any cancellation fees.

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll take the time to understand what has brought you here, what's happening in your life, and what you hope might be different. You don't need to have everything worked out before you arrive, and there's no pressure to tell your whole story in one session.
Together, we'll begin to make sense of what's been happening, identify what matters most to you, and discuss the best way forward. My aim is that you leave with a clearer understanding of your situation, a sense of being heard, and a shared plan for how we'll work together.

Everyone’s circumstances are different. Some people find that a few sessions are enough to gain clarity and develop practical strategies, while others choose to work together over a longer period as they navigate more complex or longstanding challenges.
We will review your progress together along the way and adjust our approach as your needs change. My aim is to help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and capacity so you can continue building a life that feels meaningful, sustainable and aligned with what matters most to you.
